These are some artings from my senior year of that lovely thing called High School.
My art teacher and I had an interesting bemuse/irritate/disrupt/misunderstand/despise thing going on. Towards the end she started calling me “paradox” because of that second picture up there (says “Paradox” in Greek). I warmed up to her considerably because of that, even though I failed the assignment horrendously. Was done in acrylics, but I despised it because I could not paint on cardboard. Canvas ducks everything up man
The chickens are from the beginning of the year, and for some reason everyone loved that one. Got “most original” in the art-fair thing. ahahhaaaa idontknowifthatsexactlygood. Was done on some cheap-ass paper and those fancy-pen-nib things with some fancy black ink
The first one (because I’m definitely going in order here) is Castiel, and I actually got a rather nice grade of a 98 on it. HOWEVER
IT WAS HELL. WONDERFUL FRUSTRATING AND DELIRIOUS HELL
because it was all done in ripped, shredded, and brush-pasted pieces of TISSUE PAPER DAMMIT nothing could be cut. There are literally hundreds of pieces. Took me. Weeks.
I am pleased enough with it. Some things are odd. BUT TISSUE PAPER
I have some “classical-style” acrylic portraits of Castiel/RBJ and some other peeps to get up on here. This is just my segway into perhaps starting up an Art!blog
Odds and never ends, Sherlock, Supernatural, Profound Bonds, Some gay werewolves, Breakfasttoast Crumblesnacks, Avengers, Star Trek, Anything gay/LGBT/whatever you want to call it, schmoopy things, sad things, smart things, stupid things, deep meanings, universe ensuing epiphanies, and most of all--THINGS OF INTEREST. How interesting. hoho. Like a diverse clump of fancy moss.
((Now with 50% more randomized and personal blogging than before! sigh))
